"Kidz Zone“ is open to all children in Reception to Year 7 attending Glebe Farm School. At ‘Kidz Zone’ we provide a fun, active, safe environment for children, under the care of qualified staff.

Breakfast Club 7:30am – 8:15am
The breakfast club runs from 7:30am – 8:45am, Monday – Friday. Children have a choice of indoor activities each day. Breakfast is included in the form of cereals, toast and juice. The cost is £5.00 per session from 7:30am or £4.00 per session from 8:00am.

Please note activity timetables are varied each half term
During “Active Hour” an activities leader will deliver a different activity each day followed by our ‘positive play’ to wind down with.
Children will have the chance to earn the “Club Star” award at each club, rewarded for following our FUN agreement of having fun, keeping safe, playing fairly and showing respect.
The ‘Active Hour’ is open to all children at the school not just children who need to attend for childcare purposes; it’s a great opportunity for children to socialise, have fun and learn new skills with friends!

After Active Hour
After 'Active Hour' children enjoy a wide range of activities focused around the weekly theme of the club which are led by our staff, including Construction, Arts & Crafts, Quizzes, Board Games, Creative Tasks, Team building, Fun Competition and more. Children will be encouraged to do their homework/reading after a snack, with our staff also guiding children with this.
Food and Snacks
Children staying for the 'Active Hour’ will receive a drink and biscuit / fruit and veg. Children staying for the second part of the club will receive a snack (sandwich, wrap, warm food + a piece of fruit or veg). Please see food menu for full details.
Cost
The cost for the After School Club is;
3.30pm – 4.30pm - £4.50
3.30pm – 5.30pm - £9.00
3.30ppm – 6.00pm - £11.00
There will also be options to book from 4:30pm for children who attend extra curricular school clubs /activities.

Covid-19:
- Please note activities will be adjusted to meet the current government guidelines for childcare providers; as always we will aim to offer as many of the advertised activities as we safely can.
- If our club is closed for any reason you will receive a 100% refund to your account credit with Kidz Zone Club.
Cancellation / Booking Changes Policy:
Applicable to all Kidz Zone before and after school club booking cancellations or changes.
- 48 hours or more notice of the booking date is required for a cancellation or booking change – a 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method; please note childcare voucher payments can only be refunded to account credit due to HMRC rules.
- Less than 48 hours notice – no refund.

Drop off & Collection Policy
- After school club – we kindly request ‘where possible’ that parents collect as close to the end of the session time you have booked – 4.30pm, 5.30pm or 6.00pm – this is to allow our staff to have time to make sure the children have washed their hands before leaving and have collected their belongings. It helps prevent too much ‘toing and froing’ during club time with our staff bringing children back and forth.
