Glebe Farm School is a member of the Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi Academy Trust. Where every adult is committed to offering all students access to a highest-quality education. All students access a broad and balanced curriculum. With a range of inclusive extracurricular opportunities that are available to all members of the Glebe Farm community. Our aim is that all students at our school.
- achieve their personal best,
- become confident and respectful individuals living fulfilling lives, and
- leave school with the foundations they require to succeed in adult life.
We recognise that children may need additional help and support or may require specific interventions.

Intent Statement: At Glebe Farm School, our aim is to create a culture of inclusivity and diversity that ensures that every child, regardless of their background or individual needs, is happy, safe, and able to achieve their full potential. Our commitment to inclusion is rooted in our belief that every child deserves an education that is tailored to their unique needs, abilities, and interests, and that promotes their development and wellbeing in all areas of their lives.
Implementation Statement: To achieve our intent, we have developed a comprehensive approach to inclusion that is embedded in all aspects of our school's policies, practices, and procedures. This includes the following key strategies:
- Creating an inclusive culture - We have established a whole-school approach that fosters mutual respect, understanding, and acceptance of differences. This includes regular celebrations of diversity, opportunities for cross-cultural learning, and ongoing training for all staff on the principles and practices of inclusive education.
- Robust SEND provision - We have a dedicated SEND department that supports students with additional needs, including those with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. We have a range of external specialists who work with the school to identify needs and advise staff on strategies to support individuals.
- Adapted teaching - We ensure that teaching and learning are tailored to the needs and abilities of individual learners. This involves the provision of personalised learning plans, targeted interventions, and specialist equipment where required.
- Strong pastoral support - Every child has access to a dedicated pastoral team who work closely with families to ensure that every aspect of their child's wellbeing is catered for. We have mental health and wellbeing specialists who provide support for students in and outside of school.
- Positive behaviour management - We have a behaviour strategy that is consistent and inclusive, promoting positive behavior management throughout the school.
