Year 7 – An Introduction to Shakespeare’ workshop

We are extremely lucky to have secured a visit from Sky Blue Theatre to deliver ‘An Introduction to
Shakespeare’ workshop on Friday 28th April.
The workshop will include a Shakespearean performance with student volunteers, an in-depth look at
key scenes and with a chance for learners to direct the actors.
This visit will complement our English study of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, History study of the
Elizabethan Age and Drama study of Shakespeare.
For the workshop to go ahead, we are asking for £8 which is payable in My child at school in the trips
section and is available now until 28th April
